FLORIDA BLOCKWATCH COMMUNITY FORUM CAPTIVATED BY VCSI PRESENTATION
In a powerful display of collaboration and dedication, the Vulnerable Citizens Support Initiative (VCSI) Missing Persons, a division of Civilian Crime Intelligence Network (CCIN), was honoured to present at the Florida Blockwatch Community Forum.
The meeting was held at the Florida Höerskool on Tuesday evening.
The evening’s gathering was a testament to the unwavering commitment of individuals and organizations working together to ensure community safety.
Mr Mahmood Cassim, Chairperson and Mrs Corrinda Loots, Executive Member, of VCSI, captivated the audience with a poignant presentation highlighting the critical work of VCSI in supporting families and communities during times of crisis.
The team’s tireless efforts in assisting with missing persons cases were met with admiration and appreciation.
The event was a resounding success, with Col Tsostesi of the Florida SAPS sharing invaluable insights into crime prevention and community engagement. His passion for protecting the community was palpable, leaving a lasting impression on all in attendance. He gave direct access to the community by sharing his personal contact details.
VCSI emphasized the importance of swift action in missing persons cases, stressing that every second counts. With advanced technology and strict protocols in place, the organization works closely with families and authorities to ensure accuracy and respect for privacy.
Corrinda Loots said, “with vigilance and compassion, we can make a difference. Take time to care.”
